We spend 45 minutes on your specific situation. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what engagement type fits.

Scoped engagement

Most engagements are project-based — a defined problem, a defined deliverable, a defined timeline. I also take a small number of ongoing advisory retainers.

Fractional executive

For certain engagements, the right answer isn't a project — it's sustained leadership from the inside. In those cases I'll take a fractional executive role: a hands-on seat for the duration of the work that matters, working embedded within the team to ensure sustained success.
