  • Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistics, minor in Computer Science

Dissertation “Practical Data Quality for Modern Data and Modern Uses, with Applications to America’s COVID-19 Data”

I had originally left my PhD All-But-Dissertation (ABD) to found the data science team at Guidestar. During the pandemic I saw that America’s pandemic response was hindered by the same issues I saw hindering data science in industry: unassessed data quality. I returned to my finish my dissertation and successfully defending it in November 2023.

While at Cornell I was a Graduate Resident Fellow at Rose Hall and instructor for Cornell Prison Education Program.

  • Master in Science (MS) in Mathematical Statistics

Master in Science (MS) in Mathematical Computer Science

I had initially only intended to pursue studies in statistics. However, I found myself taking more and more courses in computer science. It wasn’t long before I was fulfilling my degree requirements towards computer science as well.
